This beautiful tiara is silver-plated and decorated with clear crystals that glitter with the light.  Six teardrop crystals dangle from the front of the tiara - three on the left and three on the right.  The center forms a heart, with a crystal "15" ornament hanging in the middle.  The tiara bends for different sizes.  It is packaged in a clear PVC display case with pink satin padding at the bottom.
