Store PoliciesReturn Policy Dlightonline are proud to stand 100% behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply obtain a return authorization number from our customer service & return your product for a refund. Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to Dlightonline.com within five (5) business days of receiving your order. You must notify Dlightonline.com Customer Service by email or phone. Please note that custom orders are final and there are no returns or refunds.
Please note: If you return any item that has been opened, then the return Dlightonline.com will not be accepted and if we need to ship the items back to you, then we will have to charge additional shipping charges. We recommend a shipping method that is traceable so that your shipment will not be lost in the mail. We cannot be responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. Our full liability is limited to the refund of the purchase price of the merchandise. Changes and Cancellations We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we can change or cancel an order as long as the order has not yet been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. Please have your order number handy, then call our Customer Service department, at (800) 974-3695. Shipping Policy We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the next business day. To expedite your order please call our customer service rep and ask for the shipping rate. This service is available according to product availability. International buyers, please do not ask us to declare your item as a "gift" or "sample" on the customs forms to avoid duties. Any duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and we cannot declare your item a "gift" or "sample. We will abide by all US laws and will declare your item's value at the full purchase price. Address Change Charges The shipping company charges a $15.00 fee for an address change after a shipment is underway. If the shipping address error occurred at time of order placement by the customer during order checkout online, the customer will be subject to a $15.00 address correction charge posted to the credit card used on the particular order.
