Print the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping label. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Candles D-light's RMA Department: Attn : RMA Dept

Return for Credit: Product(s) must be complete in it's original packaging and in resaleable condition. Charges will be levied accordingly on any damages or incomplete packaging.
The RMA number is only valid for 15 days and must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping label. If the RMA form is incomplete or the return does not have a RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping label, the product(s) will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
