How can I add items to an order already placed?
Contact our customer service by providing your invoice number and what additional products you wish to add if your order has not been shipped already. If your order has been shipped, you'll have to place another order.
How do I cancel an order?
Please have your order number handy, then call 1-800-974-3695 or email the Customer Service desk Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 3:30pm EST with your request to cancel your order if it has not been shipped out.
Can I change the shipping address after the order is placed?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Amazon Payments, PayPal, and checks. We do not accept purchase orders or offer payment terms.
Can I order in bulk and get a discount?
Yes, we offer quantity discounts right on our site for almost every item. No wholesale account needed!
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, we charge sales tax where it is required. Your shopping cart total will reflect sales tax after you enter your state and zip code.
If you are tax-exempt, you’ll need to complete our Tax Exemption Form before placing your order. Please provide proof of exempt status—either an exemption certificate or a seller’s permit. Allow us some time to review and approve your submission.
I want to return a purchase. What do I do?
RMA Return
- Log into your account using the My Account link on the top of our Website
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button
- Once we receive your return request we email you your RMA number and instruction on how and where to ship return item(s)
- Give the return shipment to the carrier indicated on the shipping label. All returns must be within 15 days of delivery.
- We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item
How long does it take to receive my refund?
We will process your refund within 5-7 business days, after we receive the return. The refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Unauthorized returns are subject to 15% restocking fees. Refunds will only be made to the original payment within 7-14 days of our receipt of the return.
No refund will be issued for the items which are returned damaged or in a condition that renders it totally unusable. This means that an item must be in sellable as new condition.
We reserve the right to refuse to issue credit for any item that has been used, misused or damaged. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 10% on returns of opened products.
